Appointment
Policy No

a first come, first served basis. Understandably, emergency
cases shall always receive top priority. For our office
hours or hospital hours, please click here. All surgeries, dentals, and
other lengthy procedures must be scheduled, so please call
329-5553 to make an
appointment. |
Payment
Policy We require full payment at the time that
services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, cash, debit cards, and personal
checks. |

Patient Arrival Policy For your protection, and that of others, all dogs
must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting
area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate
cat carrier or on a leash. |
Procedures Requiring Sedation or
Anesthesia To make anesthesia or sedation as safe as possible for your pet,
it is important that they be fasted at least 12 hours prior to
admission. This means making sure that all food and chew
toys are withheld during this time. It is
not necessary to withhold water. Procedures Involving Laboratory
Work It is also a good idea to withhold food for at least 12 hours
prior to blood drawing for laboratory work, as most of the tests
that we run require a fasting sample. Questions? Call
